We are excited to introduce the School Joy Project, an initiative designed to uplift underprivileged children and orphans by providing them with essential school supplies. We believe that with your support, we can make a significant impact on their lives and educational journeys.
The School Joy Project is focused on supplying crucial educational resources to children who face challenging circumstances. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to the tools they need to thrive in their education.
Our aim is to equip these children with comprehensive school supply kits that include school bags, notebooks, water bottles, pens, pencils, shoes, and clothing. By providing these resources, we endeavor to lower the dropout rates among children whose families struggle to afford essential supplies. Many of these young individuals are vulnerable, and we aim to keep them off the streets and away from negative influences. Our initiative targets 900 children to help them stay in school by delivering complete school supply kits that empower them to engage in their education effectively.
This project is a family-driven effort that we have executed annually during the academic year, which begins in June in India. We are planning to launch this year’s initiative in April, and we hope to build on our past successes.
In 2023, we successfully reached out to 200 children, providing them with School Joy kits. In 2024, our goal is to support 600 children, and in 2025, we again aim to assist 600 children with our essential supply kits.
Each School Joy kit contains:
A school bag, Clothes, Notebooks
Pens, Pencils, Shoes
A water bottle, A lunch box, A study plank
The cost of each kit is $38, totaling $34,200 for 900 children.
In 2026, we hope to expand our impact even further by reaching 900 children in rural villages classified as “untouchable.” Your generous assistance is vital in making this goal a reality.
